Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services
1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of all services provided by Manna Elite Logistics ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), including travel and safari bookings, freight forwarding, airport shuttle services, money transfers and any related logistics solutions. By engaging our services, you ("the Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these terms.
Manna Elite Logistics is registered in South Africa with offices in Johannesburg, Lubumbashi (DRC) and Guangzhou (China). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Travel & Safari Bookings
All travel and safari bookings — including luxury safari lodges, Kruger National Park safari packages, all-inclusive safari holidays, family safari tours, church group travel packages, corporate retreat venues and team building safari packages — are subject to the following conditions:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any travel or safari booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the departure or travel date.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations within 14–29 days will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value. Cancellations within 13 days or no-shows will not be refunded.
- Travel insurance for South Africa safari trips is strongly recommended. Manna Elite Logistics can assist with South Africa visa application assistance and South Africa tourist visa requirements but does not guarantee visa approval.
- Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Date changes must be requested at least 14 days before the original travel date.
- The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and service providers (lodges, airlines, hotels, transport operators). The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions or defaults of third-party service providers.
- Safari and beach holiday combo packages, group trip planning and corporate travel management arrangements are subject to specific itineraries agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Freight & Logistics
All freight forwarding services — including air freight, sea freight, road freight, customs clearance, warehousing and door-to-door cargo delivery — are subject to the following conditions:
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Rates are subject to change without notice after the validity period.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring that all goods are properly packed, labelled and documented. Manna Elite Logistics is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
- Customs clearance and import/export documentation are provided as a service. The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for customs purposes.
- Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, port congestion, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Goods in storage at warehouses are covered by the Company's standard insurance. The Client may arrange additional coverage for high-value shipments.
- Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Late claims may not be processed.
4. Airport Shuttle & Transport
All airport shuttle and ground transport services — including OR Tambo and Lanseria airport transfers, executive transport, corporate shuttle and group transport — are subject to the following conditions:
- Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellation of shuttle services within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, accidents, severe weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during transport. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Overnight parking, toll fees and out-of-area surcharges are additional to the quoted fare and will be communicated prior to the trip.
5. Money Transfer
All cross-border money transfer and remittance services are subject to the following conditions:
- All transfers are processed through licensed operators and authorized partners in compliance with applicable regulations.
- The Client must provide accurate recipient details. The Company is not liable for transfers sent to incorrect accounts due to inaccurate information provided by the Client.
- Transfer processing times depend on the destination, payment method and receiving institution. Times quoted are estimates and not guarantees.
- Exchange rates are determined at the time of processing and may differ from rates quoted at the time of inquiry.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation to comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Completed transfers cannot be reversed. The Client must verify all details before authorizing the transfer.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for all services is due in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EFT, cash and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.
- Overdue payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
Manna Elite Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of its services. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, strikes, severe weather, road closures, customs delays or force majeure events.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing services, processing bookings, managing accounts and complying with legal obligations.
- Personal information is not shared with third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfil the service agreement.
- The Company implements appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
- Clients have the right to request access to their personal information and to request corrections where necessary.
9. Complaints & Disputes
Any complaints or disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service delivery date. The Company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
